VETERAN OWNED. HOMEMADE/QUALITY FOOD. GENERATIONS OF MOUTH WATERING RECIPES.
Mike and Terry met and married on the island of Okinawa, Japan while serving in the U.S. Military. After leaving the service they settled in Bath, Pennsylvania, and built a family consisting of three children. They hosted baptisms, confirmations, graduations, and special family events where guests would inquire about who catered their events. To everyone's surprise the answer was always Mike and Terry.
Mike began his BBQ'ing journey in the late 1990's when he received a BBQ Smoker for Father's Day. His determination to master the techniques of BBQ'ing over hickory and cherry wood helped to transform tough, dry, bland meat into tender, juicy, Texas Style Brisket and Sweet Savory Carolina Pork that everyone loved. Terry added her Midwest country sides to the plate and they created a wonderful combination that everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
Now, after retiring, Mike, along with Terry and the GERK's family, devote their time to offering catering services and Smokin' Great Grub for all to enjoy.
